Refurbishment, Tadworth
At this three-storey home in Tadworth, the staircase running through all three floors is coming out completely, replaced with a new one built in solid oak. As is often the case with stair work, it was never going to stay contained to just the stairs: opening up the structure around it has brought a new utility room, a reworked ground-floor WC, and proper new support for the floors above before any of the new joinery could go in. Stage one of the works is on site now, due to complete in September 2026. More to follow.
